NEP- Not Expected Performance. . This should be the expansion for Neethaney Yen Ponvasantham i guess. .of course. . Its slow. . Sleepy n boring. . But the movie was good. . It was good for samantha's performance. The director has allowed a huge role for the heroine to play n kept her alive to take the living daylights out of the hero:-) . She stays madly in love with the boy of her dreams throug

hout the movie.. I mean throughout her life. Starting from school days . . That's something guys hate. . When cheran's autograph came out . . We saw him romancing different heroines at different points of life. . That was lauded. . Cause it was the male version of love and life. . Likewise this is the women version of love and life. Where the girl gets to romance with the same guy throughout her life. . . 

     The break up n make up is what happens in everybody's marriage, love and life. . That is what you will see in this movie. . . If u watch the movie carefully. . U will notice that samantha proposes "i love u" n jeeva never proposes her. . He says he hates her at the end of the movie n agrees to marry her. . A women's excessive love is always too much for a man to bear. . N not understandable to the mind of men which turns love into hatred. . . That's what jeeva portray's here. . This movie is a waking call for women who are totally in love n blind regarding the future of theirs n the future of the guy they fall in love with. . . . The movie is not oly a love story but a development story in the life of two people where the director portrays that love alone is not life and career options too matter . The movie doesn't stop with a happy ending after they fall in love. . In other movies the villain makes the bond between the lovers strong by doing something stupid n bringing responsibility into their lives. . But here the villain of the movie is the love itself. . That is what is fascinating bout the movie. . . 

     The BREAK UP'S are the misunderstandings.....where the ppl find time to be social.. thereby they find answers to the problems n find time to spend with friends whereas the MAKE UP'S are for better understandings where the couple understands the crucial stage of their need to stick together for the sacrifices they have made for their love. . This was what the director wants the audience to understand from his movie. . This movie is not for ppl who requires entertainment. . This is for premarital couples who face hell in their life misunderstanding each other. . 

      The classic scene i enjoyed :-)in this movie is. . . . where samantha attends the reception function that happens prior to the wedding of jeeva's marriage. . That just shows the mental stability of a girl (the girl who is madly in love with the guy )even at such precarious points of life:) . . . A guy in this position would have gone n got himself drunk. . Or would be leaving to foreign countries at the time of reception:) this we saw in minnale. . Which was again by the same director. .. . Its this opposite approach of the director in contrast to his previous movie . . . . was. . . . . damn impressive to me n is highly laudable from my perspective. . . .there's another classic scene i enjoyed in this movie with the maestro's bgm from behind. . when Jeeva. . Goes to the residding place of the heroine after a break up . . . to convince and make up with her. . Kaatrai konjam nirka sonen. . Song plays behind. . To give us a smooth feeling of rejoice n happiness for him and the crowd. . But when they meet. . The hero's song n bgm stop's:-) oly to get replaced by the stormy song n bgm of the heroine's "muthal murai paartha gnyabagam" bringin back that wrath n anger of the women ....who was done with the mental agony of forgetting him. . This immediate change n contrast was a classy one from both the director n the musician. . Ppl should look for things like this to like the movie. . Or else it definitely will be boring:-)

The Hobbit- An Unexpected Journey (3d)- Mr.Jackson does t again. . . . Holdin us under his spell of wonder by unwinding a plot of amazing landscapes, beautiful grasslands, skyrocketing mountains, waterfalls amidst rocks, tunnels that leads to dark undergrounds, bluish dark caves, dense forests, grotesque looking beasts, enormous eagles, malicious looking dogs, troll's, ugly looking beasts called oaks

:) n ofcourse "the MY PRECIOUS Gollum" what else do yu wish to have to watch this movie. . . And all of these comes in 3d. . Jumping onto ur eyeballs at times of action sequences. . After having seen all of  this coming live into ur theatre halls . . Are we going to worry about the story?? story in short. . . . actually the story is short. . . The dwarf's lose their living place due to an unexpected income of a fire breathin dragon. . Which makes these dwarves palace. . Its residence. . Having been driven out into the wild . .they are stranded n they face the battle with the oaks in their stranded state. . .The lord of the oaks "a gory looking beast with the size of 5 well built men. . Takes out the head of the dwarf king. . The brave prince seeks vengeance then and there by cutting out the arm of the oak lord....having seen this brave act the dwarves proclaim him the leader. . . . of the few who are alive. . . These dwarfs go on a quest to retrieve their homeland with the help of the wise wizard gandalf. . N out of good will the hobbit BILBO BAGGINs is recruited into the team for the quest. . The adventure that unfolds at the time of  the journey is the movie for u. . . This movie is a prequel to the three gigantic hits..... THE LOTR ( LORD OF THE RINGS ). Though the novel was said to contain only 300 pages. . The director has bent his back many-folds to give this adventure in three installations. . The technology used here for the graphics are mind-blowing. . .the images of the beasts n birds are so huge that the 70 mm theatre screen looks so small that n resembles our household tv screens. . . .the images were so big n lively in 3d that my eyeballs grew wider with wonder.. when my eyeballs can no longer widen. . my jaw compensated by dropping to my chest. . . . Coming to senses of my present appearance ......i just looked around to check if anyones looking. . Ppl were lookin. . Not at me. . But at the screen with the their mouth wide open just like me. .such is the graphics of the movie. . . It excels for its technology n the .....story filling in the gaps at the right places that has been left open in the rings series. . . Though this movie fills out the gaps in the rings installations. . It provides filling in's in its own story which can be filled oly with the installations that are to follow in the hobbit's series. . . This movie is a treat for christmas:-) get urself treated with this at the end of this year:-)

NADUVULLA KONJAM PAKKATHA KANOM

Naduvula konjam pakkatha kanom- wow what a movie:) atlast a movie for middle aged guys after movies like goa, saroja n chennai 600028. . . . Ppl who say this movie is like the hollywood movie "the hang over" can go hang themselves over somewhere. . That's not exactly what this movie is. . . Fantastic performance by all the four guys throughout the movie. . The movie keeps u guessing what's next. 

. N puts u at the edge of ur seat. . But u are thrown back to the back of your seat with laughter when the next scene dissolves the previous scenes seriousness into ridiculous comedy. . Keep ur stomach ready before going to watch this movie. . .cause its going to pain a lot after viewin this movie. . Not because of eating the popcorn in the theatres but because of laughing ur stomach out for the comedy scenes that comes one after the other. It will be no wonder if u vomit ur stomac out after laughin for the scenes in the movie. This movie is not some stupid comedy movie. . This movie is intelligent n provides comedy at the right places. . Ur hunger for novelty, intellect n humour will be satisfied watching this movie. . So dont miss it.

life of pi-(3d)

Life of pi-(3D) . . U will have respect for the words in brackets after watchin this movie:-) spectacular. . . Words cant explain the effects made by computer graphics that walks along with the story till the end of the movie. . It can oly be felt. . Apart from the "simple but effective" 3d. . The story. . . . . Irfan khan. . The respectable bollywood. . Enigma. . Now in the woods of hollywood. . 

Reveals the story to us. . Of course:) a movie made for award. .alwys starts this way:) the protagonist recitin his story to another person n we being in that person's shoes:). . . . . The movie starts with a young boy:) confused for his name n then for religion n woman. . .(the biggest confusion in a man's life. :) the answer to which is known oly to the woman:)) n ending his confusion in faith. . There's the story for u. . But what brings the faith into the life of this young boy is the theme of the story. . . "a huge tiger" SERVE'S to be that faith-bringer:-) lol. . U will understand the meaning of the word SERVE's. . Once u watch the movie. . I actually liked certain dialogue's in the movie. . . There is this canadian who listens to his story n asks him the question . . "ok now u are this catholic-hindu n a muslim" to which the protogonists answer is "faith is a buildin with different rooms called religion" (canadian-wont u have doubts). Protogonist- "plenty. . Actually its the doubts that keeps faith alive". N there's this other favy line of mine by the protogonist in the movie. His mind voice. "if i dont learn to fish. . The last meal of richard parker (the tiger) will be a skinny vegetarian boy(himself) . . The spectacle of the movie is its manner of unfolding uncertainty at every step u take towards the next scene of the movie. . U are actually AT SEA. . Like the young n slim brahman boy. . On a boat ofcourse. . But u aren't alone. . A huge tiger. . Stays with u to teach a lesson of survival, friendship n leadership. . There's a point in the movie where u kno that either U SERVE OR GET SERVED. . The protogonist sticks with the former n escapes the latter part. . . . .The cry of the orphaned boy who lost his family n his world. . . at sea is heart meltin. . .more is the groan of hunger n sickness of the orphaned tiger likewise in the middle of the sea. . which burdens the kid with responsibility of being the master n the tiger his pet. . The relationship between the cat n the human. . Starts with fear. . Grows with brotherhood n ends with friendship:-) the kid first groans with fear then survives with courage n conquer's with faith . . . an amazing story with all its glory to suit the minds of the wary n query:-). . . this movie is out of someone's diary( a novel written by . . . I forgot who it s. . ) pls dont hav fury. . . For not gettin the authors name n his book. .
